These terms govern your use of oakrowcapital.com and the services offered on it, which are provided by Oak Row Capital Advisors ("we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We provide advisory and referral services for commercial business financing. We help business owners understand which financing options they may qualify for, what each requires, and what it costs, and we present qualified requests to funding sources.
We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, do not issue funding, and do not set the terms of any offer. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend. Any financing is provided by a third-party funding source under its own agreement, which you should read in full before signing.
Our services are for business entities seeking commercial financing and are not available to consumers or for personal, family or household purposes. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you are inquiring about.
Text messaging terms
Program
Oak Row Capital Advisors business financing messaging. We send account, service and follow-up messages about business financing options, responses to your questions, appointment and call scheduling, and requests for documents needed to evaluate your request.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting a form on this site, by giving us your mobile number in the course of a business inquiry, or by texting us first. The consent language shown at the point of opt-in reads:
"By submitting this form, you agree that Oak Row Capital Advisors may contact you at the email address and mobile number you provide - including by automated or prerecorded calls and text messages - about business financing options. Consent is not a condition of any service or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help."
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in the process. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to end messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and we will send nothing further. Your number is added to a permanent do-not-contact list. You can also email info@oakrowcapital.com to be removed.

Carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any business financial records. You authorize us to share that information with funding sources in order to obtain offers on your behalf. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee and no professional advice
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for financing, that any offer will be made, or that any particular terms will be available. Information on this site and in our communications is general and is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Consult your own advisors before entering into any financing.

We may link to or work with third-party sites and funding sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct.

The content, layout and marks on this site are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
